From your screen to their shopping

Three steps to send groceries home.

  1. Choose their groceries

Check the hamper contents or build a basket from your family’s shopping list.

  2. Arrange delivery or pickup

Use their Harare or Chitungwiza address for home delivery. For a major town or city elsewhere, confirm the pickup point with TillPoint.

  3. Review the total and pay

Confirm quantities, recipient details and charges, then use the store’s payment options. Card approval depends on your issuer.

Grocery hampers

A few things to get right before ordering.

Choose by contents before choosing by size

A hamper is only useful if its contents suit the household. Open the product page to check brands, pack sizes and quantities. Think about how many people cook at home and which staples they already have. Different hampers contain different combinations; the name alone is not a full packing list.

Build your own shopping basket

If the ready-made hampers do not match your family’s needs, select individual groceries from the catalogue. Start with the shopping list they give you, then add meat, vegetables, fruit or household basics. You choose each item and quantity through the store.

A useful gift for birthdays and ordinary days

Groceries can be a birthday gift, a thank-you or support between paydays. Confirm the recipient can receive the order before you pay. For special requests, gift presentation or a delivery date, speak to TillPoint support first; the standard grocery range does not imply special gift wrapping.
